The ACNC is inviting public feedback on its revised draft template constitutions for charitable companies limited by guarantee (CLGs).
The updated template constitutions aim to help charities incorporated as CLGs with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to establish suitable governing documents.
In addition to the standard template, the ACNC has developed four variations tailored for CLGs with specific criteria - including those with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status, Health Promotion Charities (HPCs) and Public Benevolent Institutions (PBIs).
