Public consultation on template constitution for charitable companies limited by guarantee

The ACNC is seeking comment on its updated draft template constitution for charitable companies limited by guarantee – also known as CLGs.

Included in the update are changes to the standard template, as well as four variations. These four variations are for CLGs:

• with deductible gift recipient endorsement as a whole
• with deductible gift recipient endorsement for the operation of a fund, authority, or institution
• that are Health Promotion Charities (HPCs), and
• that are Public Benevolent Institutions (PBIs).
