These templates aim to help charities with the running of their annual general meeting. There are templates for an agenda, meeting minutes and meeting notice.

These audit and review report templates are designed for use by auditors and were developed with the assistance of the Australian Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (AuASB).

Downloadable constitution template for companies limited by guarantee (CLGs) seeking to register with the ACNC. It is designed to help small, charitable, not-for-profit CLGs with straight-forward membership create a suitable governing document.
