As the deadline for submitting the Annual Information Statement approaches on 31 January 2025, make sure you can log in to the Charity Portal and see your charity listed.
Ensure you are registered as a Responsible or Authorised Person and have access to the Charity Portal. Each account is linked to a specific person’s name and email, and multiple people from your charity can have accounts. The person reporting must have their own login.
If you don’t have a Charity Portal account, check that you have been added as a Responsible or Authorised Person. Someone else at your charity can add you from their own Charity Portal account. Then, sign up to the Charity Portal using your personal email address – this should be the same email listed for you when you were added as a Responsible or Authorised Person. You can’t use the same email as someone who has left the charity.
If you can’t see your charity when you log in, check that your name and email address match the details listed for you as a Responsible or Authorised Person.
