This research was conducted by Kantar Public on behalf of the ACNC, to continue the tracking of confidence and trust in the Australian charity sector.

Previously conducted in 2013 and 2015, this research and subsequent report aims to understand the changes in the general public's attitudes and beliefs regarding trust and confidence over time.

The research used both quantitative and qualitative research to explore the relationship Australians have with the charity sector, the ACNC, the ACNC Charity Register and overall perceptions of trust and confidence.
