In December, the Government announced the terms of reference for the legislated five-year review of the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth) and the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (Consequential and Transitional) Act 2012 (Cth), both of which commenced operation in December 2012.
All interested parties are invited to provide submissions to the review panel. Submissions are due by 28 February 2018.
