The release of the 2018 Annual Information Statement has been delayed due to the upcoming launch of the new and improved ACNC website and Charity Portal.
ACNC Commissioner, the Hon Dr Gary Johns, has exercised his discretion to extend the reporting due date for charities impacted by the delayed release.
All charities that have a due date between 31 December 2018 and 28 February 2019 will now have until 31 March 2019 to submit their 2018 Annual Information Statement.
This extension will allow charities ample time to complete their annual reporting requirements.
Despite the extension, the ACNC encourages all charities to submit their reporting as early as possible, to avoid the stresses of an approaching deadline. The 2018 Annual Information Statement will be available in October 2018, after the launch of the new ACNC website and Charity Portal.
