The ACNC encourages all staff to politely decline offers of gifts, hospitality, or other benefits.
Gifts, hospitality or other benefits may potentially compromise staff integrity.
Since 18 October 2019, the Australian Public Service Commission (APSC) has required all agency heads to publicly disclose all gifts or benefits accepted and valued at or over A$100 (excluding GST).
Gifts or other benefits accepted by the Commissioner are listed here on the ACNC's register of gifts, hospitality or other benefits.
Because all other ACNC staff are considered employees of the ATO, any gifts or other benefits that ACNC staff accept are disclosed on the ATO's register.
